About Cathy Harper

Cathy Harper I live in a Pelion, South Carolina, a small town near Columbia, South Carolina. Originally, from North Charleston, S. C. I accidentally got into photography. My younger brother gave me a Canon A1 . It was totally alien to me to use manual settings. I discovered that I was pretty good at using this manual camera and won a few showing at the local photo store I patronized. This of course gave me more courage to do more work. This all began in the 80s. Cameras now have evolved so much but using the manual settings is still the best way to go when possible. I love taking photos of landscapes and animals.
